I,like most others had worries about investing with an online company for probably the most nerve racking moment of my life. I really can't speak highly enough about the service and quality from Icecool diamonds. Nina was fantastic, helping me to select the perfect diamond and setting it in a beautiful ring. The ring is much more than OK and I am much more than pleased with the amazing service. I ended up with something even better than what I was looking for. The band is thicker than I had imagined, the diamond appears to twinkle, I guess it's the light catching different surfaces of the cut, it looks great. The polished finish is in my opinion much better than the matt finish. It's a wonderful irony that the best personal service I've experienced is from a web based company (that would be from you). I wish you and the new ICD every success; you deserve it from my experience. And I expect I'll be back in a year or three for something else.

I have been meaning to let you know that my son and partner became engaged on the 25th June. It was a surprise proposal at a U2 concert in Dublin and I am happy to say that his partner accepted, and absolutely adores the ring which he purchased from Icecool!
